Youth discourse event organized by Jobcentre commences on 16th January within City's confines for the benefit of the younger demographic.
New Youth Services Available at MITTEndrin Job Centre in Solingen
Starting from January 16th, the local job centre's "Team Youth" will be offering their services more centrally at the neighbourhood office MITTEndrin on Hauptstraße 56. This team provides solutions-focused advice for 15- to 25-year-olds, assisting with a range of issues such as school, training, studies, stress, substance abuse, personal finances, and unemployment.
The advisory sessions will take place in the afternoons, every Thursday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The services are practical and solution-oriented, with a focus on young people and young adults who are on unemployment benefits and/or in an acute crisis situation.
In addition to these regular sessions, a career counselor from the Solingen employment agency will be available on-site twice a month. Interested youth are welcome to book an orientation discussion with the career counselor.
While the typical offerings of job centre's youth teams in Germany include counseling regarding education, vocational training, job search, career orientation, and support for young people facing challenges entering the job market, it is recommended to consult the official website of the Solingen job centre or contact the neighbourhood office MITTEndrin directly for precise details about the services offered specifically at MITTEndrin, Hauptstraße 56, including opening hours and contact options.
By providing these essential services, the "Team Youth" aims to support young people in Solingen during crucial stages of their personal and professional development.
