Voices of Children Heard: Children Speak Out

In a collective endeavor to foster an enlightened, discerning, and participatory society, Impresa Group has embarked on a mission to collaborate with future leaders through two projects: SIC Explica-me and Expressinho.

Recognizing the importance of media literacy and the long journey that lies ahead, Impresa aims to embark on this journey hand in hand with the youth. As it is crucial for the younger generation to comprehend and interpret the world to develop the critical thinking necessary for forming an opinion, Impresa has launched several initiatives for Children's Day.

Through SIC Explica-me, the public will be educated on the birth and creation of news, revealing the machinations behind the headlines. Additionally, youth will have the opportunity to voice their thoughts on a pertinent current topic: the role of the Republic's Assembly.

One of the ways they can make their voices heard is through the "Make Yourself Heard" initiative. Under adult supervision, children will record short videos expressing the first decision they would make as Prime Minister. SIC Explica-me will be publishing content related to these themes to support this endeavor.

When addressing the importance of engaging children in news and politics, projects like SIC Explica-me might use interactive content, real-life examples, and educational tools to make learning accessible and enjoyable. While specific details about these initiatives are yet to be disclosed, projects aimed at empowering children to express their opinions and participate in discussions usually make complex topics understandable and encourage active participation.

By collaborating on projects like SIC Explica-me, Impresa Group fosters personal-growth and learning among the youth, supporting education-and-self-development through interactive processes that break down complex topics and empower young voices. Further, the "Make Yourself Heard" initiative invites children to share their opinions on current matters, emphasizing the importance of participation in discussions for the advancement of critical thinking and societal development.
