Transdev STAO PL 72 teams are now eligible for a new promotion called TP CTCR, in partnership with Académie by Transdev.
'Tis a new era for the transport industry as Transdev's Académie, in sync with Transdev STAO PL 72, partners with AFTRAL. This trio has initiated a fresh professional opportunity, the Conducteur de Transport en Commun sur Route (CTCR). The unique POEI program from France Travail, enabling firms to forge stronger teams by equipping job seekers with industry-specific skills, facilitates this partnership.
The Nord region's Transdev Académie crew, alongside Transdev STAO PL 72, have lit the torch for six lucky candidates. These individuals have cleared the selection gauntlet and are ready to embark on three solid months of on-the-job training. We wish them a fruitful learning journey teeming with success!
With the CTCR program, these players aim to bolster the mobility sector by empowering public transport workers and streamlining the training process. Special emphasis is given to individuals who might struggle with administrative hurdles for Social benefits or reduced fares, such as the young, elderly, and those who qualify under specific social criteria.
The partnership weaves in data from the Transdev MobiObserver survey, which scrutinizes the intricacies faced by passengers and students during ticket purchasing and training registration. With this data, they pinpoint areas that ease or hinder access to public transportation and training opportunities.
France Travail's POEI program plays a pivotal role in this joint venture. This program caters to job seekers by offering company-specific, state-recognized, and subsidized training. In the context of the CTCR program, POEI grants operational training geared for the job, ensuring trainees possess the essential skills before they land a position. This structure skim milks the barriers for potential candidates, particularly those grappling with socio-economic challenges, by diminishing risks for employers and supplying qualified, job-ready candidates.
In a nutshell, the partnership utilizes AFTRAL's mastery of transport training, Transdev's mobility savvy, and France Travail's POEI program to craft a comprehensive pathway fostering the training and employment of public transport operators, with a keen focus on easing access for those availing Social or employer assistance programs.
