ACO Building Technology, known as ACO Passavant GmbH, is gearing up for the future with the addition of 33 new trainees and 10 dual students. This marks a significant increase in the number of young talents starting their careers at the company, as highlighted by HR Director Sandro Adam.

The new staff includes individuals from various departments, such as industrial mechanics, electronics technicians, technical product designers, and warehouse logistics specialists. Among them are Julius Krug, starting as an electronics technician for industrial engineering, and Hannes Strelow and Stefan Roos, who will join the team as technical product designers.

The high demand for training positions at ACO Building Technology indicates that the company's training offers are in line with current industry trends. This is particularly evident in the company's strategic focus on safety, professionalism, and teamwork, which has led to the development of a comprehensive Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) system over a 10-month period.

This OSH system, developed by the ACO Tech team, reflects the company’s investment in safety culture, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. It is a core element of ACO Building Technology's future sustainability and appeal in the construction industry. The company's efforts align with broader industry trends emphasising accessible, ongoing safety and compliance training to sustain contractor business growth.

Sandro Adam expressed delight at successfully filling the training positions and expressed enthusiasm about the new colleagues and their role in ACO's future. He stated, "Our new trainees and dual students bring fresh ideas and energy to our team, and we are excited to see them grow and contribute to our company's success."

In addition to the new hires, ACO Building Technology has locations in Philippsthal, Fulda (Hesse), and Stadtlengsfeld (Thuringia). The company focuses on qualified training in technical and commercial professions, providing real prospects for young people starting their careers.

As the new trainees and dual students embark on their journeys at ACO Building Technology, they can look forward to a safe, professional, and collaborative work environment that prioritises their growth and success.

  1. Julius Krug, Hannes Strelow, and Stefan Roos, who have joined ACO Building Technology as electronics technician for industrial engineering and technical product designers, are now a part of the company's finance department as they explore opportunities in business, education-and-self-development, and career-development alongside their professional roles.
  2. Seeing the success of the comprehensive Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) system, other companies in the construction industry are taking notes, as they too aim to prioritize safety, professionalism, and teamwork, believing that it is a crucial step in their own future sustainability and growth in business and career-development.
