The International School of Bucharest (ISB) has once again proven its exceptional success in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), with a number of remarkable achievements by its Class of 2025.
In a remarkable turn of events, two students, Violeta B. and Teodora G., scored an exceptional 44 out of 45 points. This feat, achieved by less than 1% of IB students worldwide, highlights the elite level of performance at ISB. These outcomes reflect the school's strong academic environment, commitment to the rigorous IB curriculum, and the dedication of its students. The high-level individual scores paired with a strong average diploma mark establish ISB as a leading IB provider in Romania.
The success at ISB is not limited to academics alone. ISB's Head of Secondary School, Oytun Pekel, emphasized the strength of the school's community, stating that the holistic approach blends academic excellence with emotional and personal development.

Mr. Serdar Sakman, ISB's Head of School, praised the Class of 2025 for their achievements, congratulating them and thanking the entire ISB community for their support. The global pass rate for IB examinations was 81.26%, but ISB's Class of 2025 outperformed this average, reflecting the school's commitment to academic excellence.
