The Associate ensures compliance with relevant policies and provides clear guidance on company policies, procedures, and HR systems using established knowledge base articles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, familiarity with HRIS and ticketing systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for this role.
