Ready, Set, Propose!We welcome proposals related to the study of Estonia's history, society, and politics, and the Baltic region at large. Scholars with a doctoral degree are encouraged to apply, with a special focus on early to mid-career researchers (scholars who received their doctorate 5-15 years ago).
Who Can Join?The fellowship is open to Estonian citizens only.
