RM Technology Extends South Lanarkshire Council Digital Partnership for Five More Years

RM Technology has extended its partnership with South Lanarkshire Council for another five years. The company will continue to support the council's digital transformation strategy, including aiding its move to a serverless cloud environment. Stewart Nicolson, Head of Education at the council, has praised the partnership as critical to their ongoing digital strategy.

The extended agreement will see RM Technology providing a fully-managed service for all 132 primary and secondary schools in the area, along with seven additional support needs schools. Douglas Hutton, Account Director and Head of Territory at RM Technology, attributed the contract extension to the strong partnership built over two decades. The company has been supporting the council in developing its digital transformation strategy since 2006.

RM Technology's continued support will help South Lanarkshire Council in its digital evolution. The new agreement ensures that the council's schools will have access to the latest technology and digital resources, further enhancing learning opportunities for students.
