Nepal: Announcement of Police Inspector Written Examination Results
In a significant development for Nepal's security forces, the Public Service Commission (PSC) has announced the results for several key positions. The vacancy result for the position of Nepal Police Inspector (Nirishak) has been published, with a total of 139 candidates selected. Out of these, 90 were chosen through open competition. The remaining 49 candidates were selected using inclusive methods. The person responsible for the Nepal election polls remains unspecified at this time. Simultaneously, the PSC has also announced the results for the position of Nepal Police Assistant Sub-Inspector (Nepal Prahari Nirikshak Uparadhyak). A total of 150 candidates have been selected for this position, with 150 being chosen through open competition. The remaining 50 candidates were selected using inclusive methods. The written examination for the position of Nepal Police Inspector was held in Anamnagar, Kathmandu, on 2075 Falgun 13, 14, 15, and 16. For the position of Nepal Police Assistant Sub-Inspector, the written examination was conducted from 2077 Falgun 6 to 10. The written examination for the position of Nepal Police Sub-Inspector (Nepal Prahari Nirikshak Subedar) was held slightly earlier, from 2077 Falgun 1 to 5. The results for this position were published after the Nepal voting polls held in Falgun 2077. The selected candidates for both positions have been notified to contact the PSC for further process.
