Komsomolsk Student Kirill Seleznev Wins XXII All-Russian Contest 'My Country - My Russia'

A student from Komsomolsk-on-Amur has made the nation proud by winning the XXII All-Russian contest 'My Country - My Russia'. Kirill Seleznev's winning project, 'Aioha's Light: Preserving Nanoai Culture', showcased his creativity and cultural understanding.

The contest, part of the 'Russia - Country of Opportunities' federal project under the 'Youth and Children' national project, saw an impressive 74,000 participants from across the country. Kirill, a student at the Komsomolsk-on-Amur Construction College, created an animated video of the Nanoai folktale 'Aioha' in the Nanoai language with Russian and English subtitles. His winning entry was one of over 17,000 submissions from schoolchildren across 13 categories.

The contest, supported by the Presidential Grants Fund, offers more than just recognition. The 39 winners, including Kirill, will receive prizes such as internships and practical training in major industry organizations. They will also have the opportunity to participate in educational programs on the 'Russia - Country of Opportunities' presidential platform.

Kirill Seleznev's victory is a testament to his talent and dedication. His winning project, 'Aioha's Light', not only won him first place but also highlighted the rich cultural heritage of the Nanoai people.
