The scholarship is designed for individuals who lack the skills or knowledge to enter the iGaming industry. There are 30 spaces available for the scholarship, and applicants must submit a short entry video. The scholarship will be launched in the autumn of 2025 as part of a publicity drive.

Notably, VentureMax has previously made donations to various Malta-based causes, including Dar Merħba Bik women's shelter, Little Sisters of the Poor care home, the MSPCA animal shelter, and FIDEM women's charity. This latest initiative further demonstrates VentureMax's commitment to supporting local talent and contributing to the growth of the iGaming industry in Malta.
