IBM introduces the IBM Global Entrance Test (GET) for postgraduate programs at leading Indian universities during the 2025-26 academic year.

IBM has launched the IBM Global Entrance Test (GET) for students seeking postgraduate studies in India for the academic year 2025-26. This initiative, known as IBM Q2D, aims to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical skills by providing students with hands-on experience in current technology environments.

The program, delivered at the S-VYASA Campus located within Sattva Global City Tech Park, Kengeri, Bengaluru, offers a unique blend of cloud labs, AI-powered learning platforms, immersive bootcamps, live projects, and corporate mentorship. Students will have access to the IBM Cloud environment and leading AI tools for hands-on experience.

IBM Q2D is an initiative designed to integrate real-world technology training into academic frameworks. It is the first university in India to partner with IBM for these programs, offering Master's programs in MBA, MCA, and M.Sc Computer Science. The admissions from the IBM Global Entrance Test will enroll students into university programs integrated with IBM's future-ready curriculum.

S-VYASA University's MBA, MCA, and M.Sc Computer Science students will learn and solve real-world industry problems from the classroom through IBM Q2D. This program supports students across disciplines, requiring them to work on company briefs by conducting research, analysis, and developing solutions, culminating in professional consultancy-style reporting.

The program also focuses on the development of soft skills, offering training in English communication aligned with Cambridge's global standards. Students will have access to industry-led projects and internship opportunities, providing them with career exposure. Successful participants will receive an IBM Global badge, signifying their practical expertise and readiness for the workplace.

Data from a pilot of the program showed that 91% of students reported increased confidence in contributing to future jobs, 87% gained clearer career direction, 89% developed key skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, 91% obtained relevant work experience valued by employers, and industry partners rated 93% of student final reports as high or outstanding quality.

In conclusion, IBM Q2D tightly integrates real-world technology training into academia through immersive, industry-led projects, advanced learning tools, mentorship, and certification pathways. This comprehensive approach elevates students from theoretical learners to skilled, job-ready professionals, building a global community of innovators equipped to tackle emerging technology challenges in AI, machine learning, data science, cybersecurity, IoT, and beyond.
