Peace of Mind Hosts International Night Market at Holy Cross
On the 23rd of February, 2024, the College of the Holy Cross was transformed into a global marketplace as Peace of Mind hosted the Night Market in the Loyola Ballroom. The event, which ran from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, offered students an opportunity to "travel around the world" and experience various cultures through food, music, and activities.

Holy Cross Athletics Hosts "Pink the Rink" Event
On February 1st, 2024, the College of the Holy Cross' Athletics department hosted the annual "Pink the Rink" event at the Luth Athletic Center. The event was a hockey doubleheader held at the Hart Center Arena, with both the men's and women's teams donning pink jerseys to raise awareness for breast cancer.

On April 13th, 2024, the Latin American Student Organization (LASO) hosted the 24th annual Noche Latina at Mechanics Hall in Worcester. The theme of the event was "The Unfolding Family Tree: Las Fuentes del Pasado Alimentando Nuestras Raíces," which aimed to celebrate and explore the rich heritage of the Latin American community.
The event featured performances by student groups, as well as guest speakers who shared their experiences and insights into the Latin American community. Noche Latina is an important event for LASO and the Holy Cross community, as it provides a platform for the celebration and exploration of Latin American culture.
Working for Worcester: A Decade of Community Service
Working for Worcester is a non-profit organization run by Holy Cross students, operating for over a decade. The organization brings together Worcester college students to complete community service projects and improve recreation spaces.
On April 5th, 2025, the 13th Annual Working for Worcester Build Day took place. The event was a success thanks to the Working for Worcester team, made up entirely of Holy Cross students. The projects ranged from the construction of playgrounds to the creation of library spaces for Worcester elementary schools.
The organization's Chief Operations Officer, Kay McNamara, described Working for Worcester as meaningful during her time at Holy Cross. Max Kudinov, the site manager, also emphasized the importance of the organization, stating that it brings "together people from all different backgrounds to work toward a common goal."
The 2025 Build Day was particularly special for Kudinov, with one of the most significant moments being speaking with a Consigli worker whose children both attend the school. This moment highlighted the impact of the organization's work and the connections it fosters within the community.
