Antinote also automatically saves all your notes, but if you want to share a note with others, simply click the share button in the lower-right corner of the app window and save it as a txt file in a folder of your choice. Unfortunately, there's no real-time collaboration feature.

It displays only the essentials, making note-taking smooth and uncluttered. Lastly, you can set up auto-deletion schedules in Settings > Notes for temporary notes or clear your notes daily/weekly/monthly, depending on your preference.
