College and technical colleges' trade fair to be held in Yakutika
On September 27, Yakutsk will play host to the College-Board #Made in VET fair. The event will take place at the auditorium located at 10, Ordzhonikidze Street, on the 2nd floor, with visitors entering from the left side of the building.
The fair, dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Russia's secondary vocational education system, will run from 12:00 to 17:00. It is an opportunity for visitors to purchase quality products made by students under teacher guidance, as well as to explore the diversity of professions offered in the VET system.
The fair will feature goods and services from colleges and technical schools, showcasing a greater variety for buyers due to the increased number of participating institutions. Last year, 11 educational institutions took part, and more are expected this year.
In addition to shopping, visitors can also participate in an interactive section with workshops, where they can try their hand at different professions. This section aims to provide a hands-on experience and further highlight the skills and talents of the students.
The College-Board #Made in VET fair promises to be a vibrant and exciting event, showcasing a wide range of products including pastries, fish and meat products, decorative arts, textiles, and interior items. The fair is reported by the editorial and publishing center of the republic's institute of professional education development.
