Bank of City Sparkasse Solingen sponsors Solingen school teams in the National Final of "Junior Training for the Olympics"

Solingen City Sparkasse, a bank that values sport, fairness, and team spirit, has announced its support for two local schools participating in the federal final of "Youth Trained for Olympia". This world's largest school sports competition, which takes place annually, brings together the best school teams in Germany in ten Olympic and three Paralympic sports.

The track and field team from Friedrich-Albert-Lange School and the football ID team from Wilhelm-Hartschen School have qualified for the autumn final of "Youth Trained for Olympia", which will take place from September 21st to 25th in Berlin. Solingen City Sparkasse is supporting these teams financially with 1,000 euros each, and symbolically through team jackets provided by the Rhineland Sparkasse and Giro Association.

The bank expressed its delight at the participation of local students in the federal final of "Youth Trained for Olympia". Solingen City Sparkasse believes that sport connects, promotes fairness, and team spirit, values they hold in high regard. Approximately 800,000 students participate in the "Youth Trained for Olympia" competition each year.
