In Preparation for International Children's Day, an Educational First Aid Tour was Conducted at Astana's Emergency Aid Station

Children and their parents attended an informative event aimed at teaching essential first aid skills in the city of Astana. The tour, held recently, provided valuable information and practical exercises to attendees.

Participants visited the simulation training center, where they learned how to respond to various emergency situations, such as injuries, bleeding, choking, food poisoning, and bicycle accidents. Instructors demonstrated appropriate actions using realistic mannequins and encouraged children to apply their newfound knowledge independently.

Aiman MOLDANOVA, a mother of multiple children, expressed her gratitude to the experienced instructors for their clear and straightforward explanations. She emphasized that these skills could prove invaluable in the future, highlighting the importance of child safety to parents.

Children who participated in the event shared their thoughts on the experience. Merei NAZYRAKHMET, an 8-year-old, stated that she enjoyed the lesson and would immediately seek help in case her friend was injured, while 13-year-old Kerimsal BULEKBAYEV hoped for more frequent events like this one.

During the event, children received tokens of appreciation and gifts, contributing to a festive atmosphere. Dina KUSEPOVA, the head of the preschool department at city polyclinic No. 4, underscored the importance of keeping children healthy and minimizing emergency situations.

Botagoz SADEKHANKYZY, the deputy director of the emergency aid station for medical affairs, stressed that the goal of the event was to equip children with first aid skills, emphasizing the collective importance of child safety.

This initiative serves as a shining example of fostering children's safety and nurturing life-saving skills. Kasyim SHYNTAS, the head of the simulation center, noted the children's active participation and eagerness to learn. He expressed his hope for them to grow up healthy, strong, and knowledgeable.
