The 2025 Next Generation Leader Awards (NGLAs) are now open, and it's time to recognise the achievements of young professionals in Northern Kentucky. These prestigious awards honour individuals under the age of 40 for their significant accomplishments within their chosen professional field and their commitment to their community.

The NGLAs, hosted by the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and organised by Northern Kentucky Young Professionals (NKYP), will celebrate young leaders in eleven categories: Advocacy and Government Affairs, Arts, Entertainment & Hospitality, Education, Entrepreneurship, Media and Marketing, Medical & Healthcare Services, Professional Services, Public Service and Community-Based Organizations, Skilled Trades, Technology, and Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain.

To apply for a Next Generation Leader Award, visit www.NKYChamber.com/NKYYP. The application deadline is October 1, and the awards ceremony will take place on November 20 at The Carnegie in Covington.

Applicants should submit applications based on their primary job responsibilities, not the category their company falls under. For questions about the application process, contact Kyle Frizzell, NKY Chamber Director of Events, at 859-426-3656 or [email protected].
