Announcement for Full-Paying Admission to Diploma Level at CTEVT PCL for the Year 2082
The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) has announced online applications for full-fee admissions in diploma and certificate level programs, with the exception of health programs, for the academic year 2082/83. Nepali citizens who have passed the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) or its equivalent from recognised public or community schools are invited to apply.
To be eligible, applicants must have passed compulsory Mathematics, English, and Science. Students who have completed the Pre-Diploma level or the Technical Stream of Grades 9–10 (or equivalent) under CTEVT are also eligible to join the same program or another program within the same faculty. Those with Non-Graded (NG) results in SEE are also eligible to apply.
Applications must be submitted via the ITMS system by Shrawan 11, 2082. Each applicant can apply for only one program in one province and will compete within that province for admission. The available programs span various fields, including Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering, Civil Engineering (Specialization in Hydropower), Biomedical Engineering, Agro Engineering, Agriculture (Plant Science), Agriculture (Animal Science), Food and Dairy Technology, Forestry, Hotel Management, Beauty and Cosmetology, and Fashion Design.

The notice for online applications was published on 2082/03/22, and the eligible institutions for these programs are CTEVT Constituent Institutions, Partnership Institutions, Technical Education in Community Schools (TECS), Private Institutions, which must be officially affiliated or approved. The selection process and merit ranking will be based on the total points earned from academic qualifications and the type of school attended, as per Section 6 of the Admission Guidelines.
