Are you interested in communication and technology? If so, mark your calendars for an exciting opportunity coming up. On Thursday, September 25th, at 7:30 PM, Gasthof Vogelsang in Weichering (Bahnhofstraße 24, 86706 Weichering) will host an information evening for a new amateur radio course.
This course, organized by the local amateur radio club T08 Neuburg-Schrobenhausen-Kurka, aims to prepare participants for the amateur radio license exam at the Federal Network Agency. Whether you're a beginner or have some prior knowledge, everyone is welcome to attend and learn more about this fascinating hobby.
Women are particularly encouraged to join, as the course will be led by a female instructor. This is a great chance for those who have been curious about amateur radio to learn from someone who shares their experiences and perspectives.
Amateur radio offers unique opportunities, such as the ability to contact the International Space Station without the internet. Yes, you read that right! Through amateur radio, you can communicate with astronauts orbiting Earth. Moreover, you can even receive photos from the ISS.
The world of amateur radio is vast, with enthusiasts connecting across the globe. Vinke, for instance, has contacts all over the world. By participating in this course, you'll become part of a global community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for communication and technology.
